At Ovintiv Inc.’s 2024 Annual Meeting, all directors listed in the Proxy Statement were re-elected with majority shareholder votes. Additionally, the shareholders approved the compensation for the company’s named executive officers and ratified PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the independent auditors, both with a significant majority.
