With a new executive employment agreement, she will earn a $500,000 annual salary, a potential 45% bonus based on performance, and stock options. Her severance package guarantees 12 months of salary and health plan coverage if she’s terminated without cause, with additional benefits in case of a company change in control. No conflicts of interest were reported with her appointment.
