OUTFRONT Media Inc. has announced a special dividend of $0.75 per share, payable on December 31, 2024, with the option for shareholders to receive payment in cash or common stock. The cash portion totals $49.8 million, while $74.7 million will be issued in stock. Shareholders must submit their election by December 13, 2024, with shares or cash distributed based on aggregate elections and availability.
