Outcrop Silver & Gold Corporation has successfully completed a $5 million private placement offering, exclusively subscribed by investor Eric Sprott. The funds raised are earmarked for the development of the Santa Ana project, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes. This significant investment has increased Sprott’s holdings in the company, further solidifying his position as a major insider.
