Otto Energy Limited has announced the resignation of CEO Steve Herod and the immediate appointment of Phil Trajanovich as Acting CEO, who has been with the company since 2016. Trajanovich, with over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, is expected to further the company’s cost-cutting initiatives.
