OTE SA Convenes 72nd General Shareholder Meeting

Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA) announces its 72nd Ordinary General Meeting to be held on June 28, 2024, inviting shareholders to discuss and approve the fiscal year 2023 financial statements, elect a new Board of Directors, and consider a share capital reduction through the cancellation of own shares. Shareholders can participate remotely via teleconference or attend in person, with a Repetitive General Meeting scheduled for July 12, 2024, if the initial quorum is not met.
