Hellenic Telecom Organization SA (HLTOY) has released an update.
Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A. (OTE S.A.) has officially announced the cancellation and capital reduction through the deletion of 5,308,440 of its own shares, acquired under its Share Buy Back Program. The company’s share capital is now reduced to €1,167,922,811.59, and the total number of registered shares has decreased to 412,693,573. These changes will take effect from July 24, 2024, with the cancelled shares also being removed from trading on the Athens Stock Exchange.
