Ostrom Climate Solutions Inc. has announced a private placement financing plan aiming to raise $1,000,000 by issuing 10 million common shares at $0.10 each. The funds from this initiative will bolster the company’s general working capital and help repay some of its existing debts. The offering is contingent on the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and includes a four-month hold period.
