Osteopore Limited successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting on May 30, 2024, where all proposed resolutions were approved by the shareholders through a poll. Key resolutions included the adoption of the Remuneration Report and the election of Michael Keenan as a director, as well as the passage of a special resolution concerning a 10% Placement Facility.
