Osisko Metals Advances Gaspé Copper Project

Osisko Metals Incorporated has formed a technical consultation committee to oversee the dewatering of the Mount Copper open pit at Gaspé Copper, aiming to restart mining operations responsibly with consideration for the environment and local stakeholders. The committee, which includes various environmental and regional representatives, is working on a plan that adheres to environmental standards and will seek government permits. Additionally, the company has appointed Dr. Ann Lamontagne as VP of Environment and Sustainable Development to guide the project, emphasizing the need for environmental safety in the dewatering process.
