OSB Group PLC (GB:OSB) has released an update.
OSB Group PLC has announced the completion of a share buyback program, where they repurchased 121,116 of their own ordinary shares on various exchanges, with the transaction conducted through Jefferies International Limited. The repurchased shares will be cancelled, resulting in a new total of 387,672,167 ordinary shares in issue with equal voting rights, as the company holds no shares in treasury. This move is part of a previously announced share buyback program dating back to 15 March 2024.
