OSB Group PLC has announced the buyback of 224,500 of its ordinary shares on 11 September 2024, as part of its share buyback program initiated earlier that month. The shares were purchased through Citigroup Global Markets Limited on the London Stock Exchange and will be subsequently cancelled. This move will reduce the total number of ordinary shares in issue, with no shares held in treasury, reflecting in the total voting rights of the company.
