OSB Group PLC (GB:OSB) has released an update.
OSB Group PLC has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 4,494 of its own ordinary shares, as part of its share buyback program initiated on 15 March 2024. The buyback took place across several exchanges including the London Stock Exchange and Aquis Exchange, with Jefferies International Limited handling the transactions. Following the cancellation, OSB Group PLC’s total number of ordinary shares in issue is 386,921,100 with the same number of voting rights, as no shares are held in treasury.
