The repurchase occurred across various trading platforms including the London Stock Exchange and Aquis Exchange, with prices ranging from £4.4820 to £4.6220 per share. This transaction has adjusted the total number of voting rights in the company to 387,069,008, reinforcing the company’s capital structure.
