OSB Group PLC (GB:OSB) has released an update.
OSB Group PLC has reported the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 538,842 of its ordinary shares on 22 August 2024, as a part of its share buyback program initiated on 15 March 2024. The shares were bought across several exchanges, including the London Stock Exchange and Aquis Exchange, with the volume weighted average price ranging from £3.8575 to £3.8580. Following the cancellation, the total number of remaining ordinary shares in issue is 382,951,319, with the same amount of voting rights as no shares are held in treasury.
