OSB Group PLC (GB:OSB) has released an update.
OSB Group PLC has recently executed a share buyback, purchasing a total of 1,605 of its own ordinary shares across various trading platforms, which will subsequently be cancelled. This action is part of the company’s previously announced share buyback program from March 15, 2024, and following the transaction, OSB Group PLC will have 386,943,486 ordinary shares in issue with the same number of voting rights, as no shares are held in treasury.
