OSB Group PLC has announced that on October 1, 2024, key managerial personnel were granted options to buy company shares at £2.96 each under the 2024 Sharesave Scheme, exercisable after a three-year savings period. The options were awarded to Jon Hall, Orlagh Hunt, and Hasan Kazmi, with the transaction taking place outside a trading venue. This move is part of the company’s ongoing financial activities following its establishment in 2011 and subsequent entry into the FTSE 250 index in 2015.
