OSB Group PLC (GB:OSB) has released an update.
OSB Group PLC has announced the full redemption of its £15,000,000 Perpetual Subordinated Bonds, set to occur on 27 August 2024 at their principal amount plus accrued interest. Following this redemption, the Bonds will be cancelled and their listing on the London Stock Exchange will be removed shortly after 29 August 2024. This move is in line with the terms and conditions of the Bonds, as the company continues its financial operations post its 2019 acquisition of Charter Court Financial Services Group plc and its 2020 transition to the listed entity for the OSB Group.
