OSB Group PLC has announced the buyback and cancellation of 127,648 of its own ordinary shares across various trading venues, as part of its share repurchase program initiated on 15 March 2024. Following the buyback, the company’s issued share capital consists of 385,455,303 ordinary shares, with no shares held in treasury, thus the total voting rights remain the same. The shares were traded within a price range of £4.7620 to £4.8920 per share.
