OSB Group PLC has actively repurchased 123,917 of its own shares across various trading platforms, which will subsequently be cancelled, as part of their ongoing share buyback program initiated on 15 March 2024. Following this transaction, the total number of OSB Group’s shares in issue will be 386,945,091, with each share carrying voting rights as no shares are held in treasury. The buyback reflects the company’s commitment to shareholder value and capital management.
