Oryzon Genomics SA announced that Nice & Green SA has converted bonds worth 270,000 euros into 158,181 new shares, priced at 1.7069 euros each. These new shares will soon be admitted for trading on major Spanish stock exchanges, including Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, and Valencia.
