Oryzon Genomics SA (ES:ORY) has released an update.
Oryzon Genomics has announced a capital increase through the issuance of 378,918 new shares, following a bond conversion request from investor Nice & Green SA. The capital increase involves a nominal amount of 18,945.90 euros and an issue price of 1.7418 euros per share, raising the company’s share capital to 3,120,542.80 euros. These new shares are to be admitted to trading on multiple Spanish stock exchanges.
