Orthogonal Global Group Inc., soon to be known as Cloud3 Ventures Inc., has completed a vertical amalgamation and will change its trading symbol on the Canadian Securities Exchange to ‘CLDV’ (CSE) and ‘CLDVF’ (OTC Pink). Shareholders don’t need to take any action, and the company continues to focus on accelerating and investing in innovative companies within wellness, healthcare, AI, and fintech sectors.
