Stuart M. Essig, Ph.D., James F. Hinrichs, and Catherine M. Burzik, board members of Orthofix Medical Inc., have decided not to seek re-election at the upcoming June 2024 annual shareholders’ meeting. Their departure from the board is not due to disagreements with the company’s operations or policies. They will remain in their roles until the meeting takes place.
