Orora Ltd. (AU:ORA) has released an update.
Orora Ltd.’s director Claude-Alain Tardy has increased his stake in the company by acquiring 30,000 additional shares at $2.13 each, on the open market. Prior to this transaction, Tardy did not hold any shares, marking a significant new investment in Orora by a high-level insider. After the purchase, his total holding amounts to 40,000 fully paid ordinary shares.
