Orkla Completes Sale of Lilleborg to Solenis

Orkla ASA (GB:0FIN) has released an update.

Orkla ASA has successfully sold Lilleborg AS to global specialty chemicals producer Solenis, with the deal valuing Lilleborg at NOK 600 million. The Norwegian market leader in B2B cleaning solutions, Lilleborg, has been associated with Solenis through its long-standing distribution of Diversey products. Orkla, which is transitioning towards a more focused industrial investment strategy, expects a profit of NOK 475 million from the sale.
