ORIX JREIT Inc. has announced the determination of interest rates for its recently procured debt financing, which includes sustainability-linked loans with rates that vary based on achieving Sustainability Performance Targets. The loans, ranging from 800 million to 2,800 million yen, have fixed interest rates from 1.057% to 1.107% and are unsecured and non-guaranteed, with repayment dates extending from 2031 to 2033.
