ORIX JREIT Inc. (JP:8954) has released an update.
ORIX JREIT Inc. has announced the issuance of its 18th series of Green Bonds, aiming to raise 7 billion yen to refinance existing debt and support its sustainability initiatives. The bonds, rated AA by JCR and due in 2034, will not have physical certificates and will pay an annual interest rate of 1.662%. The proceeds from this issuance will be used to redeem the 13th series of unsecured investment corporation bonds maturing in July 2024.
