Orix (IX) has released an update.
ORIX Corporation has recently announced the successful reelection and appointment of its board members following the 61st General Meeting of Shareholders. Shareholders approved the election of eleven directors, including the appointment of Hidetake Takahashi as a new board member. The voting results showed strong support for all candidates, meeting the required majority for adoption.
