Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc (ORIT) has announced the buyback of 225,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 74.72 pence each, which will be held in treasury. Following the buyback, ORIT now holds a total of 435,000 Ordinary Shares in treasury with an overall issue of 564,927,536 shares, leaving 564,492,536 shares with voting rights.
