Orion Minerals Limited has announced the closure of its Share Purchase Plan (SPP) for Eligible Shareholders on 23 July 2024, offering the chance to buy new shares at the same price as recent investor placements. The SPP follows a successful capital raise of approximately A$7.7 million, with shares offered without brokerage or transaction costs. The initiative aims to strengthen shareholder stakes and support the company’s copper development projects in South Africa.
