Orion Minerals Limited (AU:ORN) has released an update.
Orion Minerals Limited has launched a Share Purchase Plan (SPP) to raise up to A$5 million for the development of its Prieska Copper Zinc Mine and Okiep Copper Project, as well as for general working capital. The SPP, available to existing shareholders as of June 28, 2024, allows them to buy shares at a discounted rate without incurring brokerage fees, with the intention to progress mine development and exploration activities. The offer period for the SPP is from July 5 to July 23, 2024, with new shares expected to be quoted on the ASX and JSE.
