Orion Minerals Limited (AU:ORN) has released an update.
Orion Minerals Limited has launched a capital raising initiative to secure approximately A$7.7 million through the issuance of 513 million new shares, aiming to fund the development of its Prieska Copper Zinc Mine and Okiep Copper Project, as well as ongoing exploration. The company also offers existing shareholders a Share Purchase Plan (SPP) to buy additional shares at the same price as the placement. The combined funds from the Placement and SPP will support the company’s key copper mine development projects and general working capital needs.
