Orion Metals Shareholder Voting Power Diluted

Orion Metals Limited (AU:ORM) has released an update.

Excellence Holdings HK Limited (EHHK) has retained its substantial holding in Orion Metals Limited with 448,913,044 ordinary shares, although its voting power has decreased from 66.45% to 46.85% due to the issuance of additional shares by the company. The decrease in voting power was reported as there were no changes in the number of shares held by EHHK; the adjustment was solely attributable to the dilution effect following the new share issuance on February 26, 2024.
