Origin Enterprises plc (GB:OGN) has released an update.
Origin Enterprises plc has recently bought back 20,000 of its own shares, as part of a €20 million share repurchase program announced previously. The transactions, executed on Euronext Dublin, had a volume-weighted average price of €3.2429 per share. Post-purchase, the company will hold these shares in treasury with the possibility of cancellation or future re-issue.
