Origin Enterprises plc has announced the repurchase of 50,000 of its own ordinary shares on Euronext Dublin as part of its €20 million share buyback program. The shares were bought through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC with prices ranging from €3.1500 to €3.2250 per share, and they will be held in treasury with the possibility of future cancellation or re-issue. This move reflects the company’s strategy to manage its capital effectively and provide value to its shareholders.
