Origin Enterprises plc has bought back 50,000 of its own shares for a total volume weighted average price of €3.1617 each on Euronext Dublin, with the shares to be held in treasury as part of a €20 million share buyback program. Following these transactions, the total number of shares in issue is 107,210,697, while shares held in treasury reach 18,109,678. This move is part of the company’s strategy to return value to shareholders and manage capital effectively.
