Origin Enterprises plc (GB:OGN) has released an update.
Origin Enterprises plc has recently bought back 20,000 of its own shares, as part of its €20 million share repurchase program, at prices ranging from €2.9600 to €3.0600 per share. These shares will be held in treasury with the possibility of being cancelled or re-issued later. This move leaves the company with over 107 million ordinary shares and close to 18 million treasury shares.
