Origin Enterprises plc (GB:OGN) has released an update.
Origin Enterprises plc has recently bought back 19,151 of its own shares at prices ranging from €3.0450 to €3.1050 per share, as part of its €20 million share buyback program announced last November. The repurchased shares are to be held in treasury with the possibility of being cancelled or reissued later. This move leaves the company with a total of 107,550,621 ordinary shares in issue and 17,769,754 shares in treasury.
