Origin Enterprises plc (GB:OGN) has released an update.
Origin Enterprises plc has announced the buyback of 20,000 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging between €3.2450 and €3.2700 per share, as part of its €20 million share repurchase program. These shares will be held in treasury with plans for their eventual cancellation or re-issue. The total number of shares in issue and treasury after the transaction will be 107,097,078 and 18,223,297 respectively.
