Origin Enterprises plc has announced the buyback of 20,000 of its own ordinary shares on Euronext Dublin, with the transaction executed through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. This repurchase at prices ranging from €3.0200 to €3.0900 per share is part of a larger €20 million share buyback program. The acquired shares will be held in treasury, with the prospect of future cancellation or re-issue.
