Origin Enterprises plc has announced the buyback of 24,457 of its own ordinary shares through Euronext Dublin, with individual share prices ranging from €3.2950 to €3.3750. This move is part of the company’s €20 million share buyback program that was initiated in November 2023. Post-transaction, the total number of shares in issue is 107,916,073, while shares held in treasury sum up to 17,404,302.
