Origin Enterprises plc (GB:OGN) has released an update.
Origin Enterprises plc has completed the purchase of 20,000 of its own ordinary shares on Euronext Dublin, as part of its €20 million share buyback program announced previously. The shares were bought through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC, with prices ranging from €3.1400 to €3.2000 per share. These repurchased shares will be held in treasury with the potential for cancellation or re-issue at a later date.
