Origin Enterprises plc (GB:OGN) has released an update.
Origin Enterprises plc has announced the buyback of 43,619 of its own ordinary shares on Euronext Dublin as part of its €20 million share repurchase program. The transactions were executed through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC, with prices ranging from €3.1500 to €3.1700 per share. These shares will be held in treasury with the possibility of being cancelled or re-issued in the future.
