Origin Enterprises plc (GB:OGN) has released an update.
Origin Enterprises plc has announced the purchase of 25,000 of its own ordinary shares on Euronext Dublin, as part of its €20 million share buyback program initiated in November 2023. The shares were bought through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC with the price per share ranging from €3.2100 to €3.2250. The repurchased shares will be held in treasury with plans for their eventual cancellation or reissue.
