Origin Enterprises plc (GB:OGN) has released an update.
Origin Enterprises plc has actively engaged in its stock management efforts by acquiring 40,000 of its own ordinary shares, as part of a €20 million share buyback program announced previously. The shares were purchased through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC on Euronext Dublin, with prices ranging from €2.9950 to €3.1150 per share. These shares are set to be held in treasury with potential for future cancellation or re-issue.
