Origin Enterprises plc recently executed a buyback of 20,000 of its own shares on Euronext Dublin, with individual share prices ranging from €3.0450 to €3.1500. This move is part of the company’s larger €20 million share repurchase program announced previously. Post-transaction, the total number of shares in issue stands at 107,623,252, with an additional 17,697,123 shares held in treasury.
