Origin Agritech Appoints New Accounting Firm

Origin Agritech (SEED) has released an update.

Origin Agritech Limited has announced the appointment of Enrome LLP as its new independent registered accounting firm, effective May 30, 2024. This change comes after the company terminated its previous auditor, B.F. Borgers CPA PC, following an SEC enforcement action against them. Enrome will re-audit financial statements for fiscal years 2022 and 2023, as well as audit the upcoming fiscal year ending September 30, 2024.
