Orient Overseas (International) Limited successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting on May 22nd, 2024, with all resolutions passed by shareholders, including the adoption of audited financial statements, election and re-election of directors, and authorization of share-related mandates. Key approvals include a 100% vote in favor of declaring final and special dividends for the year ended December 31, 2023, and a general mandate for the directors to manage share allotment and repurchase. The AGM saw a strong turnout with over 93% of the total voting rights present.
