Orient Overseas (International) Limited announced the formation of a new Sustainability Committee effective from September 1, 2024, aimed at overseeing and enhancing the company’s sustainability strategies and compliance. Concurrently, the existing Finance Committee and Share Committee will be dissolved to streamline governance, with their responsibilities being absorbed by the Executive Committee. The move reflects the company’s commitment to sustainability and organizational efficiency.
